Mustang Show-Within-A-Show
The Arthritis Foundation's Classic Auto Show is sincerely grateful to the Mustang Club of Ohio for its many years of steadfast and dedicated support.
Every year, the Mustang Club of Ohio continues its
tradition of presenting a spectacular Mustang Show-
Within-A-Show attended by more than 100 Mustangs in 18
to 20 classes, many of which are Mustang Club of
America Concours Gold award winners.
The Lee Iacocca Award

On July 12, 2008, on behalf of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, the Chairman of the Classic Auto Show & Cruise-In, Jeffrey Brashares, was honored to present the Mustang Club of Ohio with the prestigious Lee Iacocca Award. Mustang Club of Ohio Officers Ron Gallagher and Dan Trapp received this prominent award on behalf of the Mustang Club of Ohio.
The Lee Iacocca Award is "Given for Dedication to Excellence In Perpetuating an American Automotive Tradition." It is an elegant, one-of-a- kind plaque with a likeness of Lee Iacocca. Mr. Iacocca's signature is engraved in gold. This award is destined to become one of the most coveted awards among automobile enthusiasts. It is an award for excellence that was previously presented solely to individual automobile enthusiasts; however, in light of its many years of unwavering support of the Arthritis Foundation, Mr. Brashares determined that the entire Mustang Club of Ohio was deserving of this very special award.
The Central Ohio Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation remains grateful to each and every member of the Mustang Club of Ohio for their continued support. The Lee Iacocca Award is displayed at Krieger Ford, 1800 Morse Rd., Columbus, Ohio, 43229. Krieger Ford is the home of the Mustang Club of Ohio.
Special Celebration of the 45th Anniversary of the Mustang!
The Mustang is once again being honored at the Arthritis Foundation's Classic Auto Show & Cruise-In, where the finest and best examples of every Mustang generation will be present in celebration of the Mustang's 45th Anniversary.
Fox-body Mustang Reunion
The oil embargo and gas crises of the 1970s
forced Ford to downsize the Mustang and its engine
choices in 1974. But beginning in 1979, the
Mustang would once again advance to pony car
status with Ford's introduction of the venerable Fox
Platform. Ford's new Mustang quickly reached cult
status and is referred to today simply as the "Fox-
body."
In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the introduction of the Fox-body, the Arthritis Foundation and the Mustang Club of Ohio are proud to announce their Fox-body Mustang Reunion. If you own a Fox-body, you won't want to miss this rare chance to be a part of the first event ever presented exclusively for Fox-body Mustangs. You'll want to check our web site often as all of the details for this fabulous, one-of-a-kind event continue to develop.
